Dear musiclovers!

Our next release is out now on vinyl, digitally to be released on the 6th of April.

LARISSA KAPP – LOST PIANO
SINGLE FORMAT: VINYL 12", DIGITAL
CAT.NR: TJY004
RELEASE DATE: March 23rd, 09
DISTRIBUTED BY DISCOMANIA
FILE UNDER: HOUSE - TECHNO – ELECTRONICA

TRACKLISTING:
A1: Lost Piano (Tin Man Remix)
A2: Lost Piano (Original Version)
B1: Lost Piano (Whare Wurlitzer Dub)

Larissa Kapp was born in some idyllic concrete jungle-city called "Asbest" in Russia, where she spent the first ten years of her life in a minimal, urbanely grey surrounding. There were not too many things, to keep her away from nerdish piano playing, until her family went to Germany. There, after years of piano, singing and dance lessons (ballet, jazz, modern), she started her studies on a music high-school, which, to be honest, wasn't exactly, what she wanted to learn.
Anyway, since the beginning of the 90ties she got totally under the spell of electronic music, and 1996 she was the co-founder of INDULGE/ RAYGUN-records. After several vocal-features in different projects, she had her first solo-project with the YOU EP on NEGLIGE TUNES (Vienna), remixed by BADBOYS RC and FABRICE LIG in 2003. From there she's been involved in other electro-projects, like the Mercedes Benz "MIXED TAPE", and the albums of the Swiss artist POPSHOP ( "THE DISTANCE BETWEEN US" and "CONNECTION LOST"), she's got several vocal-features in experimental projects, and of course is still working on new INDULGE / RAYGUN-productions with Oliver Kapp. The YOU EP was re-released on Tjumy Records in January 2009, here is her next work.

A1: Lost Piano (Tin Man Remix)
Pure Deepness by the Tin Man..firmly rooted in Detroit, this beautiful remix has everything for the deeper dancefloors out there. The remix takes snippets of the original Vocals,Piano and Synths then adds some of his own vocals and builds up the track into a slo-mo Acid Monster. This track is a must for all lovers of Tru-School Acid-House.

B2: Lost Piano (Original Mix)
The Original mix by Oliver Kapp (Indulge & Raygun Rec.) explores the depths of early U.K Electronica.
A warm, ambient beginning morphs into a broken, bleeping beat which harmonises perfectly with the haunting vocals of Larissa Kapp. Something for the more descerning clubs and a definate must for lovers of the experimental.

B1: Lost Piano (Whare Wurlitzer Dub)
Whare take the Original into deep house territory, a simple house beat slowly picks up pace adding synths and basslines the whole track taking its time until, yes there it is, the "Lost Piano" hits in forming the complete track into a deep house burner for those late night moments on the dancefloor.

(Auch) House kann ganz wunderbar sein, wenn er nicht so hirn- und herzlos daher kommt wie in 99% der Fälle. Der Whare Wurlitzer Dub ist eine ganz großartige Nummer!
