sonstiges Ben Lost's musical career began in the early 90's playing in a couple of glam punk bands. A couple of years later he started DJing at various alternative nights around the UK, playing Hip-hop, Punk, Electro and Ska, before falling in love with Progressive House and Trance after a night out at the now legendary UK club Bubble.

After stints working at various record shops and distributors Ben moved to Hooj Choons with a view to developing their sister label Lost Language Records. Since its inception 3 years ago, the label has worked with some big names including DJ Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Marco V, James Holden and The Filterheadz and boasts releases by Solar Stone, Lustral and Energy 52. July 2003 saw the release of the Lost Language debut album 'Exhibition' which has been mixed by Ben and label stalwarts Solar Stone.

Ben currently holds various radio residencies around the world including Global DJ Broadcast (Miami, Florida) alongside Markus Shultz and Gabriel & Dresden, Pleneta FM (Poland), House of Fun/Madflash (Holland) and also on Tranceairwaves.com, while also continuing his work singing and song writing with London based act Ashtrax.

His sound is reflective of the records released on Lost Language - melodic, well produced, and often with an element of funk. In the past year Ben's rising profile as one of the scenes brightest new hopes has taken him DJing around the world including Washington DC, Israel, Finland, Japan and Germany.

Observer
Wolfgang Fischer, which is his real life name, was born on November 17th, 1976. After 4 years of elementary school and 4 years of middle school he realised that he was in love with music.
During his 3 years in the HTBLA school in Vienna, he already started buying records and after every weekend in all kinds of clubs like the P1 and discos like Nachtwerk or A2 the urge to stand behind the turntables at one time of his life grew bigger. After that time DJ Observer began to work as a trained salesman and at the same time his career in the music business started.

After some gigs on smaller clubbings and private parties he met Klaus Biedermann of the BINGO BOYS and shortly after that the whole Vienna DJ-Posse. During an unforgettable DJ meeting he met Bernhard Adam, who was a DJ in the Banananas. Observer started working there as the Resident DJ Every Friday and Saturday he played and amazed with his music 1500 party people (back then still with a very varying sound).

He didn't take much longer and the Stargate Group became attentive of the young committed DJ and booked him promptly for Austria's biggest Techno Event, the "Biosphere", where he got 5000 Bionauts to dance to his music from 5 - 7am.

After this gig he got the job to have hands on and to look after the Biosphere Tour from Harald Knoll (SGG), which was supposed to tour through all of Austria. The former "Newcomer of the year", as Observer was headlined in diverse media, started to conquer all Austrian States in a very short time with this tour and was trafficked like a new leading stock. After his gig on the Biosphere and the fulminate start of the "Future Generation Tour", the DJ and owner of the booking agency Titan, Philipp Straub, started to become attentive of him and took the Shootingstar on January 1st, 1999 under contract.

Gigs on the big events like Future Breeze in the Libro Music Hall or like the Hyperspace in Hungary followed right after that. At this time Observer started production engineering with the Linzer Live Act "Space Navigator". The first track which they produced "What time is it?" was immediately used for the "BIOSPHERE 2000" jingle on the TV station Pro 7 and came ultimately on the Biosphere Compilation Part 1 CD. When the Stargate Group gave an order for a track for their tour, Obsi met his present producer Christian Gmeiner and his co-producer Thomas Bacher. Exactly these three produced alias "Timeriders" the Trance Anthem "Future Generation" on the German label Housenation/Dancestreet.
Since Fall 2000 DJ Observer is an integral part of the Trak - Music team.
These days he is working for Groove Production, his agency.

Oliver Prime has been sharing his brand of emotionally driven music since the age of 20. He turned from 50's oldies over Nirvana to electronic music, as it is today. Influenced by almost every kind of music, Oliver goes one step further by creating his own, innovative sound. Having been trained in the guitar since the age of 15 he now uses his knowledge of music theory in his productions. Music is an essential part of his life. He loves to create landscapes of sound, based on the very nature of logical progression. Atmospheres that take its listeners to another state of consciousness, an audio collage to drift off into pure bliss. His first hit into the scene was "Da Korah" on Synergetic Records in 2003, followed by "Velvet Sunshine" which made its way on several compilations. For summer 2004 his single "Radiance" is planned on Spinnin' Records in Holland, which is currently being supported by many of the world's top DJ's.
So far, it is just the beginning of a series of hypnotic journeys, Oliver will take us through. Stay tuned - the best is yet to come.
