Während einer Reise in Mexiko fand er in der lokalen Mythologie das perfekte Synonym für seine düstere Vision: Ah Cama-Sotz, der Name einer sagenumwobenen Riesenfledermaus, die der Legende nach ihre Opfer mit ihre messerscharfen Flügeln tötete.
Nach 17 Jahren musikalischen Schaffens ist die Fledermaus noch lange nicht satt, Opfer gibt es quer auf allen Tanzflächen unseres Planeten zu beklagen, Ah Cama-Sotz hat beinahe überall sein obskures Jagdrevier abgesteckt, die Methoden sind eine morbide Mischung aus minimalen aber schwerwiegenden Beats, abstrakten Melodien, tragendem Ambient, stampfenden Maschinen, kaltem Industrial, ein Schuss Orientalistik, betäubende Basswolken, gepaart mit okkulten Phantasien, chilliger Dub, rythmischer Noise, schöne Frauenstimmen, vollstreckt mit der Präzision des Techno.
