Nach Laibach/Ljubljana fahren - wenn ihr dort ankommt kommt ihr auf eine T-Kreuzung... nach links richtung zentrum
abbiegen... immer gerade aus und ich glaub nach der 3. Kreuzung wieder rechts (ist die einzige kreuzung auf der große blaue autobahnhinweistafeln sind... richtung koper einfach)...
Den restlichen Weg (ist eh autobahn) einfach nur nach Koper fahren. Ihr könnt auch nach Izola oder Portoroz ausschau halten. Auf alle Fälle befindet sich Izola kurz nach Koper. Im Ort selbst ist die Ambasada sehr gut angeschrieben...
Von Italien:
Italien runterdüsen... durch Udine und Triest durch. Nach Triest Richtung Slowenien fahren... es ist wieder Koper angeschrieben und dann einfach nach Koper nach Izola fahren (kleiner Tipp: Triest auf Slowenisch heißt Trst)

Mr. Gavioli comes from Italy and is one of the leading names in the night club architecture. The fabulous AMBASADA takes the name after him because he once said, it is “the best project he has ever done”. In Italy, Spain and Greece Gavioli is called “maestro” and has, till this day, projected 55 night clubs all over the world. He is one of the best known architects of the “new European architecture”.
The inspiration for the perfectly projected AMBASADA comes from the literature, the theatre, the cinema and the latest fashion waves. The special game of lights and the different materials used to make interior of the club give the impression to be in a wonderworld of a fairytale. To enter, means to travel in space and time, from the theatre to the world of music, from the Italian Baroque with Juliet's balcony (Romeo And Juliet) to the Baudelaire's Evil Flowers… The architecture of the club is divided in two floors: wider main room and smaller, more intimate privee', which is connected with a glass wall, that allows visual and programming contact of rooms.

Einer der wohl fettesten Clubs unter der sonne... Spitzen Flair mit absolut coooooolem Publikum...hab dort Nick Warren gesehen...da kann man einfach keine Wertung abgeben, die nicht total untertrieben wäre!!!
Absolute Oberklasse...Nick ist nach seinem DREI-stündigen Set noch mit Drink in der Hand durch den Club gesteuert und hat sich freundlichst von jedem anquatschen lassen!!!

sehr gut... das war das einzige Manko --- allerdings bin ich mit 130 Euro strafe fürs verlieren immer noch gut und günstig weggekommen (wenn auch schon mehrspurig)

das war glück im unglück - da war so viel kredit auf der karte das ich dermasen besoffen war das ich das ding verloren hab. gott zum glück hab ich sie verloren sonst hätt ich wohl ned zahln können
ggund das gibts echt nicht mehr? war ja schon länger ned mehr unten. und das obwhol ich grad amal 1h 30min oder so da runter fahr (von kärnten aus).
war in letzter zeit lieber im club LIPA - leider vor nem monat oder zwei dicht gemacht. der schuppen war noch geiler als ambasada find ich.

DJ TREVOR ROCKLIFFE (UK)Trevor Rockcliffe started deejaying in the mid-80´s. In 1998, after DJ spots in London clubs in London clubs Trade and Garage, he became a resident at Ultimate Base, where he´s been playing ever since alongside other residents Jim Masters and Carl Cox and such guests as Josh Wink, Darren Emerson and Laurent Garnier. His deejaying ability has also taken Trevor all over the world to such clubs as Tresor (Berlin) and Twilo (New York) as well as to festivals like Homelands and Love Parade. Trevor has also produced a number of ep's for the likes of Bush, Strive, In-Tec, Primari records and his own label Mentor records. DJ DEJAN MILIČEVIČ (SERBIA)Started DJ-ing in the begginig of 1995 in a small Belgrade club called "Omen" performing his sets together with at that time well known DJ Boža Podunavac who is considered to be his guru. In January 1996. he participates in a project for the first time with his nowadays partner Marko Nastić, and thats about time when Teenage techno punks was founded. At that time TTP is well known after their back2back sets packed with hard techno tunes with funky bass lines. In 1998. TTP was claimed to be the best techno duo in the country by radio station B-92( Rhythm of the heart). Thats when TTP mania starts. Very soon after he starts his gigs all around ex-Yugoslavian countries where he finds a big interest of the crowd and veryfication that techno is universal language even between countries devided by war. Dejan performed around various happenings in countries such as Germany, France, Hungary, Checz republic... playing sets at the famous Mayday, Pepsi-Sziget, Complex, Hyperspace.By the end of nineties a big mark of his success was an amazing 250 gigs for only one year time, which resulted with less gigs in Belgrade and more gigs in the country and abroad. "Titan international" from Vienna is the agency that does his bookings abroad.
His music style is a combination of techno house and electro carefully wrapped on 3 turntables.The very crown of this years gigs in Belgrade is "TTP Summer Sessions" party episodes where they presented big names in worlds techno music.He played with: Marco Carola, Umek, Valentino Kanzyani, Dazz Sound, Jay Denham, Colin Faver, Billy Nasty, Marco Bailey, Jel Ford....

Narcotic Thrust comprises of multi-talented DJ/Producer duo Andy Morris and Stuart Crichton. Although the name may appear to be a new one for many, the pair have been working both together and independently in the dance scene for over ten years. Stuart began with some seminal slabs of progressive house on Limbo Records in the early 90's under such guises as "Havana" ,later as" Umboza". Stuart continued to write and produce with cream of the dance industry. He was recently responsible for the cheeky mash-up of Kylie and New Order used on the Brit Awards. Native Australian Andy teamed up with Stuart in London on the back of successful DJ residencies at The Leisure Lounge and Club UK. Since then Andy has taken up a weekly spot on Kiss FM and toured the globe with his record box, while making records for labels such as Jive, Whoop! And Pitch Black (NYC) and compiling a successful "Parallels" mix album for Logic Records. Andy's dancefloor sensibilities and Stuart's production skills led to Narcotic Thrust's first release "Funky Acid Baby". This killer track was signed immediately after Pete Tong witnessed at first hand the crowd reaction the track got from heavy rotation on the decks of a certain Mr. Tenaglia. The track send the Miami conference into raptures and cause a frenzy amongst DJs trying to get hold of the vinyl. Its champions are as wide-ranging as Roger Sanchez and Paul Oakenfold.

Wie machts ihr das von wegen Hotel mieten, im Auto schlafen oder gleich wieder rauffahrn? (wobei ich bezweifel, dass ich nach 5h autofahrt und einigen Stunden Party noch im stande wär auch nur annähernd verkehrstauglich zu sein) 
Und wie schauts eigentlich mim Zug aus?

nach ljubljana kommst gut mitm zug aber zur ambasada, da wirds schwierig.... wobei so genau hab ich mich da auch noch nicht erkundigt. allerdings liegt der club halt ein wenig außerhalb, also mitm zug stell ichs mir schon eher unpraktisch vor...

i glaub letztes mal isses dran gescheitert dass sich dann net wirklich wer drum gekümmert hat, bzw. dass es schwierig is, weil sich kein busfahrer findet, der die ganze nacht + bis 12 zmittag wartet bis dann langsam alle auftauchen und heimwollen

über laibach fahren ist nur a fetter umweg - von osttirol aus gesehn ... (wenn i da auf alles auf der autobahn fahren will)
hier das betreffende teilstück - grenze italien bis izola ... - hier de frage, ob das dann auch mautpflichtig ist ...
bis jetzt hat man hier ja auch nichts gezahlt ....

Although the venue has attracted thousands of people on weekly basis and hosted main events of festivals such as Golden Drum European Advertising Festival, Final Flash International Art festival, Enigmatica Open Air Festival; it sparked a fair amount of controversy in the local community due to over-population problems caused by high amount of visitors, sometimes calling for the closing of the venue or imposing limitations to the free movement of visitors after the events.
In august 2008 the club was sold to Slovenian biggest merchandising company Mercator. The club will probably host events until December 31th 2008. After that the destiny of Ambasada Gavioli remains unknown.
