Goldie rolls into Vienna
Electronic music pioneer Goldie will perform in Vienna later this
month, it has been announced today (Tues).
Britishrock.cc reports that the British artist is lined up to rock the
city's W.U.K. club on 29 May.
The drum and bass icon has released eight studio albums to
date, with "Memoirs Of An Afterlife" from 2009 being his
most recent work.
Goldie's debut album "Timeless" from 1995 has been praised as
a groundbreaking release of the genre and one of the best
records in the history of drum and bass.
The W.U.K. gig may be the only chance to see Goldie live on
stage in Austria this year since he is not featured on any of the
country's festival line-ups.
