ANTHONY PAPPA (UK) Described as "The DJs, DJ" Anthony Pappa truly is a master of his craft and one of the most respected and revered DJs on the international circuit. The combination of his genuine love for his art, his down to earth, lovable personality and his constant desire to push the musical boundaries at performances all around the world has made Anthony one of the most sought after DJs on the planet. A quick roll through the DJ yearbooks and you'll see Anthony as DMC mixing champion at the tender age of 15, deciding to relocate from his native Australia to London to join the world DJ circuit at 20, having top 10 UK/ European chart success as part of Freefall at 22, compiling mix compilations for Renaissance at 24 and the first DJ to be selected for the first Global Underground Nu Breed series at 25. The impressive CV continues since with numerous club anthem singles, remixes and 6 mix compilations later (2 at 100,000 + in sales), modern day Anthony is still an artist consistently performing at sell out tour dates around the globe. Upcoming projects include a brand new CD series and an exclusive radio show "Moments" on Proton, a much welcomed return to the recording studio. If there were awards for ambassadors for dance music in the world today, then Anthony would be right up there with the best. RAY MCPHONEY (AUT) Ray McPhoney has dance music in his blood from the day he was born. At the tender age of 9 he sales mixtapes at school.Even as a teenager he was showing huge interest for hip-hop and breakdance,he started to hang out with the guys from the group called "Dynamic Skills" and learn his first breakdance steps. hi leute,
habe mich erst jetzt so richtig von den letzen tagen erholt (IMG:style_emoticons/default/satisfied.gif) war ne sehr harte fahrt nach kecel,ab budapest nur nebel,so das wir den rest nur mit 50km fahren konnten und sich die fahrt um 2std verzögert hat. angekommen,essen,hotel,alles cool. sind um 00:00 in den club und ca. 800 leute waren schon da,das warm up set vom Lank war auch mehr als nur geil... Um 2:00 dann übernahm anthony pappa gleich mal mit sehr harten minimalen technoiden beats,habe ihm ca.40min auf die finger geschaut und er ist jetzt bei mir wieder eine stufe höher gestiegen als dj,der typ lässt 2 tracks perfect ineinander verschmelzen und dreht sich dabei einfach um und sucht ganz läsig was er als nächsten auflegt!! Und das fast bei jedem Übergang!!! Um 4:00 bin ich dann ins Pult gestiegen und habe schön deep und progressive angefangen... den leuten hats gefallen und mir natürlich auch...die stimmung wurde von minute zu minute besser! weis ned was ich noch großartig jetzt schreiben soll - habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde die letzen tage nie vergessen --> (Next day Renaissance with Howells,Mädl aus Hu zu besuch,usw.) thats how it should be every weekend! DJ championship gewonnen - der typ lasst 2 tracks 4min laufen und dreht sich dabei einfach um und sucht was er als nächstes spielt !!!
