15.04.2003 das ist nen dienstag -> also CRAZY Ladytron !!!! Vorverkauf bei Bank Austria, Jugendinfo ! Hervorgegangen aus der seit 1998 bestehenden Zusammenarbeit der Liverpooler DJs und Designer Daniel Hunt und Reuben Wu, fanden sich in der bulgarischen Mikrobiologin Mira Aroyo und dem aus Schottland stammenden Model Helen Marnie die nötigen Partnerinnen um Ladytron zu einem Ganzen zusammenzufügen, das im Wesentlichen aus den Elementen Musik, Style und Design besteht. Von den Medien oft mit 80er Jahre Bands in Verbindung gebracht, argumentieren Ladytron, sie seien zwar nicht nur an Electronic interessiert, dennoch sehe man sich keineswegs als Teil der 80er-Retro-Bewegung, man sei mehr "Band als Laptop", und Human League etwa möge man nicht einmal ... stimmt da wären ja auch noch Joy Divisions Keyboardsounds und jede Menge anderer Soundeinflüsse zu nennen, wenn auch wesentlich moderner und allen voran weitaus sexier verpackt!
