Habe gerade erfahren, dass INTERGROOVE UK nicht mehr aktiv ist.
Echt scheisse....Mit der Vinyl gehts leider berg ab (IMG:http://www.technoboard.at/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

"Dear Partners,

today Intergroove UK, based in London, will declare bankruptcy.
As the managing director of Intergroove Germany and Intergroove Spain I'd like to clarify the following facts :

There are absolutely no legal connections between Intergroove Germany and
Intergroove UK under company law, besides the same company name and the
two-way distribution rights.
Intergroove Spain is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intergroove Germany.
The business year of 2005 has been the best so far in Intergroove Germany's
history, and in 2006 we've also achieved great results already. As all of
our suppliers know from their recent experience, Intergroove Germany is
always paying their liabilities in time, so there is absolutely no need to
worry about this topic in the future!
In the same vain, Intergroove Spain is having the best results ever - not
only because of the new listings in all Spanish chain stores ( El Cortes
Inglais, Fnac amongst others).

We will start talking to potential new distribution partners in the UK this
very morning, so that the gap in our UK distribution network will be filled
within a few days.

Basically we are asking you, our partners not to be concerned about this
development - it also implies new chances.

With this statement we want avoid any rumours and speculations."
