MICHAEL RÜTTEN Infected by the idea of makin radioshows at the age of 6 already , i am now doin the "soulpatrol/soulsearching radioshows" in its 10th year. Diggin, selecting , presenting the good music for you. Besides djing and doing parties since ages (LAZY. & Cosmic Funk frankfurt) and also writing about music in magazines like Jazzthing and Groove, and producing, remixing under the name soulpatrol, together with Max Schneider, this is exactly what i wanted to do. receiving positive feedback from around the world keeps me going. Jazz is the teacher, Soul is the preacher. Its all about music and family. http://www.myspace.com/michaelruetten EMEEGRANT The story began when his father, as a boy, played the piano. He was also a talented dancer and couldve made a career as an artist, but at a young age his love of football took him down a different path. He eventuated into a great footballer and today hes still living his dream. Christian aka EmeeGrant followed in his fathers footsteps to become a great footballer but as fate would have it his over powering love for music and the arts put him back on the path that his father began. Whilst playing football as a boy he always had the rhythm in his mind instead of the game of football. "It felt like I had music running through my veins!" He started off spinning his dads records, my favourites were those with an electro sound, such as Kraftwerk and Depeche Mode, but especially the jazzy and funky ones!. Born in Romania and living there till the age of 17, after which he decided to move to Austria. Whilst at college in Austria he began to organise events and really got a buzz from it. At the age of 25 he began to come of age as a dj and was spinning in bars, private functions, fashion shows and different cultural events and also working as a consultant to bar and club owners. He's been invitated for some radio shows (digital konfusion mix show & swound sound, liquid radio) on the now legendary FM4 radio station(Vienna).The easymoods radio show, broadcasted on rodon fm 95/greece and also other radio stations across Europe, became more than a passion for him : he's presenting a diversity of music styles, promoting a lot of young artists and spreading the love for music. Now the easymoods project is growing as a movement, we'll take it on the road moving right the way across Europe holding gigs in different cities. Bringing the movement to you!
