Gewinnspiel: 3 x 2 Karten  Oliver started producing his first songs in the 80`s with a Commodore 64. At the age of 13 he took guitar and piano lessons. In the early 90`s his music influences and background were mainly coming from breakdance and hiphop music. After graduating he started a music course at the Berlin Humboldt university where he is still studying. Occasionally he is sound designing films for the University of arts in Berlin. Oliver is a workaholic and all he does all day is making or working on music. After brief encounters with BigBeat and 2Step, he is now studying music sciences at Berlin's Humboldt University, writes scores for the University of Fine Arts and music for commercials. Review svt001 De:Bug 10/05 Stil vor Talent is the label of Oliver Koletzki. This time Mr. Mückenschwarm releases his personal favourites. The young label from Berlin-Friedrichshain enhances street- and comicart referring to the labelprint and cover. The first release "blackout" is a real club hymn, which is coming with a real strong minimalistic remix from Tigerskin and a 2-step remix from noir et blanc. HONIQUE CHARTS NOV 2005: "TOP 8 " Review svt002 After the first Release "Blackout" by Oliver Koletzki this is the second record release of Stil vor Talent, the young Berlin label around Oliver Koletzki. The newcomer Mick Rubin already contributed a fine 2step remix of the Blackout track, under the pseudonym noir et blanc. Mick Rubin presents his affection towards Techhouse and really catches the party people with his songs. With Oliver Koletzki`s deep pushing remix the dancefloor is gonna explode. At the end, after the bonustrack "Tilt" we believe Mick Rubin that eberybody is dancing to his tune. Review svt003 Parker Frisby ist aCowboy from Berlin. He is a party animal, that likes to perform with his live band. He loves disco and glamour of the eighties. He has always a slapbass and the cowbells in his pockets. Mr Frisby brings us with the track "und was jetzt?" some modern house and discoshit on the decks.. The warm organic sound of the real instruments such as funkbass and acousticguitar are typical for Parker. The tracks on the b side are a tribute to the oldschool discotheque. This is why the guys from Munk signed a track of Parker on their label Gomma. |
