JOE T VANNELLI INTERVIEW

1) You play on the 14 of april in graz for the 21st century houseclub, is this your first time in Styria/Graz and which your expectations?
I got a lot of respect for Austrian clubbers and discos. Other dj's use to tell me that austrian people are really hot, like Southern Italian people. It' s the firs time in Austria to me I'm really excited for!

2) Who or what had the greatest influence on what you listen to today?
My soul is rock. I listen to every kind of music, I don't have a favourite dj or a favourite musician. I try to get the right vibe from music. Regardind dance, the new trends continue to arrive form North of Europe.

3) What kind of music do you listen in your spare time while you are at home?
Everykind.

4) How did you get into the world of djing?
I started in radio and in a record shop. After I began to play in clubs… a long history, with a lot of chapter again to be told.

5) What styles of music do you prefer to play today?
House. House. House.

6) Who was you first musical Hero?
Stevie Wonder, Deep Purple, Rolling Stones, musical such as Jesus Christ Superstar.

7) Being a DJ why is it that you love playing this music so much now?
A dj has to play what he likes. A dj happy and loving what he's gonna play is an assurance for the best result during a party.

8) What is your favourite country to DJ in, and the favourite club?
Dance is a global world. There are a lot of venues where to play: Pacha (Ibiza), Cavo Paradiso (Mikonos), Miami, my party Supalova.

9) If given the chance who would you like to work with in the world?
Such as dj, I would have like to work with Larry Levan. Like producer and remixer U2 and Depeche Mode.
